Our studio is unique, exclusive, private and waiting for you.”

How do you motivate clients?

“Everyone needs motivation to reach their goals. We have all started diet and exercise programs only to stop a few weeks later. I use proven methods of exercise and diet modification to motivate my clients. I know that I can be an agent for change in your life and help you finally reach your fitness goals. Don’t wait until it is too late to give yourself what you deserve—a long, healthy life.”

What is your fitness philosophy?

“Success in life and in fitness is achieved through proper balance and planning. By small means, great things are achieved. Every workout, every meal, and every day gives you an opportunity to be your best self. Now is the time for action!”

    Jennifer Nicastro, Manager, Trainer

Jen has had a passion for sports and exercise all of her life and decided to turn her passion into a career. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University where she specialized in exercise physiology. While in college she became a Certified Personal Trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and began training men, women, and youth with all types of exercise backgrounds. She also completed an internship at a sports enhancement facility where she learned many different training techniques specific to the athletic population. After graduation Jen began training at the Fitness Together in Columbus, Ohio and has now moved to Las Vegas to continue her training.

    How do you motivate clients?

“It’s not easy to start an exercise program on your own and stick with it, especially with all the responsibilities and stress that we deal with each day. I motivate my clients by helping them realize that living a healthy lifestyle can alleviate stress and give you more energy to face the day. I also help my clients set goals they can actually reach. Only by reaching the small goals first can you achieve the big ones.”

    What is your fitness philosophy?

“No matter what your fitness level is, it is never too late to become that healthy person you have always wanted to be. With the right guidance and commitment you can achieve anything.”

    Jen’s Stats:

  • B.S. Exercise Physiology
  • AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America)
  • CPR certified
  • Final Thoughts:

“There are no excuses for not starting today. The sooner you start the sooner we can help you reach your goals.”

    Sharon Johnson, Assistant manager, Trainer

Sharon’s dedication to health and fitness began with her involvement in competitive sports. In college Sharon competed on the Washington State University Track and Field team and continues today with recreational sports and outdoor activities. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and holds a Clinical Exercise Specialist Certification through ACE, which has increased her expertise in working with special fitness populations including those with hypertension, orthopedic pain/injuries, diabetes, pre and post-natal, and other chronic disabilities and diseases.

    How do you motivate clients?

“Be realistic but also set some fun goals. Exercising and working to improve your health takes serious dedication and, let’s face it, none of us look forward to our workouts or the next healthy meal with enthusiasm 100% of the time. But if you have a positive outlook and some fun goals to look forward to, daily drudgery turns into an exciting challenge.”

    What is your fitness philosophy?

“It doesn’t matter what you want to accomplish; if you’re determined enough and have the right guidance, you can do it. I’ve seen it happen over and over.”

    Sharon’s Stats:

    • B.S. Physical and Health Education
    • AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) Advanced Personal Trainer
    • ACE (American Council on Exercise) Clinical Exercise Specialist
    • CPR and First Aid Certified

    Final Thoughts:

“Just jump in and do it! You have nothing to lose but your excess “baggage”. A year from now you will be glad you started TODAY!”
